A Desi card games - Indian monuments

The primary motive of this game to spread knowledge of Indian monuments to all age group people.

Methodology

How to Play?

Step 1

Distribute al the cards evenly to all the players.

Step 2

Each player has to hold the deck of their cards upside down.

Step 3

All players have to flip the uppermost card and play with it.

Step 4

One player raises a cértain factor in his/her card and all the players has to play with that factor in that round. The player with the significant number* wins the cards of other players.
For example: Player 1 has Brihadeshwara temple card and he claims the age of it and player 2 and player 3 has cards with age less that of brihadeshwara temple, they have to give their cards to player.

Step 5

The player who won the previous round, gets the opportunity to start the next round.

Step 6

The player with all the cards wins the game.

    Exceptions

  • When the layer i left with only thee cards, he can flip all his cards facing him and continue to play with any of these cards unti he gets more than three cards.
  • When the factor between all the players gets dashed, the players have to place the cards in the centre and the one who wins with his upcoming card gets all the cards placed under clash.

Layout of Card

The layout of the desi card is based on simple layout and the following factors were considered in deciding the layout:

  • Size of the card - Bridge size card (57mm x 88.8mm)
  • Composition of the card
  • Font style - Kritsen ITC and Mistral
  • Colour composition - Gold and Black colour palette
  • Card Type - Coreless
  • Card Box type
